Dale Scott, a former Aerospace Executive, is the founder of Leapfrog Leadership Solutions. He earned a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering Degree as well as a Masters of Business Administration Degree, both from Gonzaga University.

Dale has over 25 years experience leading and managing technical and sales professionals within such well known companies as IBM, Boeing, and Rockwell Collins.
